Charitable Aims

As a not-for-profit organisation, Partnership for Learning Charity, channels all funds from the hire of training and conference facilities to supporting the local community by providing inclusive access to learning within South Liverpool, thereby enhancing the employment prospects in the area

As a Charity our aims are:

1.To advance the education of the public generally and particularly within the South Merseyside communities and elsewhere (hereinafter called “the area of benefit”) including the provision of grants, bursaries and resources for and information on higher and further education and good health with the view to enhancing the employment prospects of members of the public in the area of benefit

2.To promote the education, vocational training and re-training of members of the public in the area of benefit

3.To promote such other charitable purposes for the benefit of the public as the trustees from time to time determine.

Some of the work we have done include:

  • Funding courses for various people in the community
  • Supporting 6 people in order to achieve qualifications to benefit their careers through bursaries in 2015
  • We provide a first class provision facility to SMEs and FOCUS Liverpool, who also use us for the up skill and training of their supporters.
